I thought I heard my odometer click over.
My little sister never celebrates my number birthday (63 this year) she always reminds me I'm starting on the next year...my 64th.
What a long strange trip its been. Can't believe it happened so fast or that I lived this long considering the way I've lived and the decisions I've made. Certainly never dreamed as a shy boy in grade school that so many lovely ladies would chose to spend time with me.
But over all I'm pleased. But as a young fan of the Kingston Trio and the Ventures way back when I'd never ever have guessed that on the last day of my 63rd year I'd be a counselor running a drug and alcohol treatment group wearing a hoodie, tartan kilt, and Z Coil shoes.
Hoka Hey! Its a good day to die...but I'd rather see what adventures await on down the next trail.
Happy Birthday to you too Andrew.

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
