    The site looks terrific!

    And they carry this:

Luckily I have a few months before I need to order it.

It looks like the jackets are made to measure. They take chest and waist measurements as well as overall length and sleeve measurements. Also you can choose your style of epaulets or have none at all. Too many choices for off the rack in my opinion.

Yes, they also do a jacket called 'The Clansman' which is like a Regulation Doublet but with a high neck, which would go with a lace jabot, studded grandad shirt or a jacobite shirt. I'm going to get myself one of these after Christmas for sure !
The Kilt is my delight !

I saw that an interesting jacket, but I think the argyle will be much more useful for summer events.

Scott - Welcome to the Rabble.

Thanks for the 10% offer. How do we go about claiming that? What is the identifier? Do we ask for you?

    Scott:

As others have said, welcome aboard! I do have a question about the tweed kilts. Can you tell me the approximate weight of the tweed used? I noted, in the tweed vest page, that the weight was listed as 14 ounce, and would assume that the kilt weight is the same, but checking never hurts.

    Very best regards,

    Lewis
