    Given where he lives...I'm fairly certain his home is fine. Quite a few were evacuating toward that area.

    I was unaware until yesterday the extent of the fires in So Cal. I've been very caught up in both work and personal matters lately to the point that I've not been up on the news. I thought about James being on a cruise and maybe very unaware of what is going on in San Diego. Trust me, you don't get a daily paper on a cruise ship (except for the next shore excursions) and you don't burn your internet minutes to stream video from CNN. Since I was thinking about him I looked up a map; Oceanside is just south of Camp Pendleton but I don't know where the Pendleton fire exactly is.

    My experience with cruises says that since the ship is most likely docking in San Diego or Long Beach that on the last day of the cruise the Captain will make an announcement.

    I just hope that all the people are OK and there are no more casualties from this.
