Yeah, it's amazing, isn't it, how wearing a kilt brings closet kilties out?
I wore my kilt to a business lunch the other day, and the waiter told me about his Black Watch kilt at home. Said he wanted to get more, so I gave him the Stillwater business card I have tucked into my sporran, and wrote the X-Marks URL on the back. We'll see if he shows up here.

A man with a Lamont kilt should be proud to wear it anytime!
Our Kirkin' service at church will be held in a few weeks, apparently the anticipation is building within the congregation. This morning I had several people ask me if I would be wearing my kilt for the Kirkin'. This is the only Sunday of the year I wear my kilt to church, I was pleasantly surprised that some of them remembered me as one of the guys who wears the kilt. I am the guy (the Beadle) who leads the processional and usually end up standing beside the pulpit for few minutes. The rest of the processional goes by on the lower level. It's nice to know that others enjoy the service and look forward to seeing us wearing the kilt.

Right, Tom! Kilts are like magnets they have an attraction. Go for the kilt night and see what else you attract!
