22oz? It sounds nice, but I'd roast! I want to see a picture, though.

My wonderful wife picked it up yesterday. It fits great, though it is a bit long... It comes to the bottom of my knee, which might not be a bad thing in a winter kilt. My wife snapped a couple of pictures last night while I was doing the dishes, but I didn't have a chance to upload them yet. I should be able to get that done this afternoon after I get done voting.

    Thanks SergeantFirstClass!

Remember that a military kilt is worn much higher above the naval than a conventional modern kilt. Roughly 2 inches higher from the ones I have and others I have seen. I'm glad it fits you.

I have it up at my rib cage. I'm a little shorter than the intended wearer of the kilt. It's for someone 6'1" to 6'2", and I'm just a hair over 6'0".

Even so, I couldn't be happier.

It'll do fine then, I had to remove a couple inches from the top of mine, then sew it back togather. Luckily, it has that green ribbon for the top whatsitcalleddoohickey. Mine still looks and fits well. I love the weight of it.

Here's the pics, as promised, as well as a couple of me re-roofing our rabbit hutch in my cheap synthetic Campbell, er, Black Watch kilt.
