I just would not feel right. Like I was wearing womens clothes. I also think my freedom of movement would be hindered.

A Celtic Drag Quean! No, I don't think so.
Now, I DO wear a floor length Cassock/Clergy Robe, but that has always been a men's garment, like a coat.
But this is pretty much a 1970's girl's "Mod" skirt that was popular in Britain during the Mersy Sound period; Cilla Black, Dusty Springfield et al.
The poor guy looks Dorky in that thing.

Would I wear it? No
Does it look like women's clothing? Well in that pic, yes, but I have seen several almost floor length men's skirts that don't look like women's cloths. (that sweater and shirt combo on top is not flattering to that model)
Should anyone discriminate against someone wearing it? no. (lots of people want to discriminate against us for wearing our male unbifurcated garments - kilts- lets not stoop to the level of our discriminators)
Just my opinion.

I see no problem with it if this is what another man feels comfortable in. I say "good for him" for having the guts to wear it. I don't even think it looks that bad. However, I absolutely do not think it should be called a "kilt." This is something all together different.
