I see the stuff about the waivers, but you've also got to look at that percentage. Heck, just about anything can be waivered. (Ex. I'm pretty sure that the scores have always flexed based on recruitment needs. I'm sure my memory is flawed, but I thought that when I enlisted ('87) the minimum score for ASVAB minimum was 50 for the Air Force and 32 for the other services.
