    hmmm, politics and education...not a good mix sometimes.


    i think going to work in a kilt is a good way to spread it, too bad not all professions allow.

    Good luck with keeping the kilt at school. Seems like it would be a good tool for teaching about history, diversity, etc.

    I wear a kilt daily, to the office, and on my days off. As someone who has had the experience of kilting up to go to work, the only advise I can give is to make your outfit as smart as you possibly can so that you put your best foot forward and look professional. That is what seems to work for me, my boss even told my once he would give me all the overtime I wanted provided a promise to wear the kilt. Best of luck with it.

    Well, my actual evaluation is still a few months off, but after the observation my boss sent me an email saying that I did a great job, and that my performance is exacly what he wants to see in the classroom. For better or worse, there was no mention of the kilt.

    I still haven't heard whether or not my coworker is getting her husband a kilt...
