Our Scottish society had a "Sikh Night" several years ago where we invited a local Sikh gentleman to come and speak about the Scottish-Sikh connection. We also ordered Indian food from the local Indian restaurant. It was a great evening.

Sure and we can't forget the Gurkhas. They were some good fighters too. They haven't faired so well in the modern world however. Pretty sad really.
