A whole mess of pictures
Well, I'm finally back in Glasgow.
The plan is to just be back in Scotland for two months while I sort out getting my dog Pip over to Idaho and then heading back over there to finally settle down with my wife.
To make up for my absence, because I know everyone always pines after me, here are some pictures.
Diane doing a sword dance at the St Andrews day ball. (Notice Jason with the lovely Skunk Skin full face sporran that he made himself.)
On to some Wedding pictures...
Just before the wedding.
From left to right, Diane's younger sister Ainsley, Diane, Me, Diane's Mom Jane, Diane's Dad Abbey, Diane's younger sister Caroline.
Diane and I saying our vows. The Judge, Michael Mclaughlin was a lovely Scots Irish American and he made the service just as personal and meaningful as every wedding should be.
Kissing the beautiful bride.
A nice picture taken at the water feature outside of the courthouse.
At the dinner afterwards. Diane and I entertaining our niece Aaliyah. (Notice that her dress looks like a dog? My mother-in-law made it for her. She spent all night pretending to feed the attached leather bone to the dog. Very cute.)
The gorgeous cake hand made for us by our friend Rachel.
We stayed at the Grove hotel on the wedding night. This is Diane admiring the view from the window.

And now some more!
A shot of Diane and I in the Boise foothills. We're thinking of using this as the Christmas card picture.
Diane, my friend Seamus and I at Thanksgiving. You can't see his jacket very well, but it's a nice suit coat that my Mum converted for him. A sort of modern take on a Braemar. It actually looks really good.
Seamus and I posing on Thanksgiving morning.
And finally, Seamus and his first full kilt outfit. He did me proud.
I had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to going back. I didn't have a single bad experience thought I spent the whole time there kilted.
Now I just need to get pictures of all of my recent DIY projects and post those.
Oh, and pictures of my new kilt!

Great pics, but the first of the wedding pics was a puzzler - have you got the caption right - - I couldn't see anybody in the pic who looked like they could be her dad.

Diane's Dad Abbey is transgendered. She's the one with the long grey hair, glasses and blue dress.
It really was a wonderful trip and the wedding was just perfect. Quiet and very meaningful to both of us.
Now I can't wait to get back.
As far as getting Pip over, he loves cars. I'm just worried about how he will do in a crate by himself for 19 hours

I'm still confused on the caption. I see two people between you and Diane's younger sister Claire...and only one name. Would they be Diane's mom and dad?
Congratulations on your wedding!
