As long as it is a full 16oz wool watering tank. Otherwise it is just to light and won't swing right.

Yes, it must be at least a sixteen Oz watering tank, but a twenty-two Oz watering wool works best. Don't forget the day watering sporran and the evening watering sporran... Guess we're all wet.
