Wallace Paper Finished-Unsatisfied
I was assigned a free choice research paper for my english class due on the day of finals (today). I chose to do my researching on William Wallce, and trying to get a true picture of who the man was amongst all the myth. About a month ago Cajunscot graciously helped me amass some literature on the subject but I am sorry to say, I slacked. Well i dont know if slacked is really the right word for it, but as the time for finals wound down I got busier and busier and I kept procrastinating on the paper. To cut a long story short I did the entire paper last night, finishing at 4 a.m. and I think it turned out poorly. I did learn a lot but I was so rushed it was difficult to really take it in and transmit it to an audience through the paper. In anycase, the paper is turned in and the teacher can do her worst to it. Anyway, as much as it doesnt meet my standards, if anyone is interested in reading my summary of Wallace let me know and I will post it.

I like to see it, but before you do remember this can be a very critical group. It is all said with a caring helpful intent but they can be harsh.

Might it be possible for you to provide it to those who ask for it? Possibly through a PM.
In any event, I hope you get a good grade on it, as well as on all your exams!

I would be happy to PM it to any interested. I do realize that the group can be critical, and hey, like I said, im not satisfied with it myself. Unfortunatly with what little is known about Wallace prior to his emergence after killing the Sheriff of Lanark, one is forced to take oral traditions and draw their own conclusions. Wallace is a truly mysterious character. I think it would just be easier for me to post it here rather than PM all interested, but if the general consensus is that I will be torn apart by ravenous dogs for anything that people dont agree with, it may be best to pm

Do they make Cliff Notes on famous Scotts? Cliff Notes saved me many times back in the dark ages.

I like the term "slacked"
But it's easy to do in school. I'd say that the poor paper may have done something that the professors didn't intend........ It may just have taught you something.
Don't PM me the paper, but re-do it untill you like it, and then post it!
Good luck on your tests- I hope you didn't slack on the preparations. With finals, you tend to make your own luck!

I'm interested in reading it. Post or PM, it doesn't matter to me.

Reston: If you'd like me to read your paper, please bring it by the LRC sometime. I promise I won't be too "harsh" on you.

I'd like to read it.
You really shouldn't do things like that at the last minute.

Are you sure you are not somehow related to my daughter.I don't think she has written a paper before the night preceding its due date in her entire two years working on her Masters Degree in Psychology.Yet, and I don't understand how, she has maintained a B+ average.
