We have some of the Sporran Flasks in stock with the little shot glass that fits into the middle (thought they're not on our site). We had them made with Rampant Lion or Shamrock or Thistle badges on the shot glass...

And just how would one go about finding out a price and ordering one or three of said Rampant Lion versions of said flask from you?

I just bought a Dalvey stainless steel flask on Ebay with integrated collapsible cup.
It's 5 1/4" in diameter and holds 6.5 ounces. They're $108 on the website http://www.dalveydepot.com/dalveyflasks.htm but I paid less than half that on Ebay. It's a little pricey but beautiful and should fit nicely in my TCS Sporran.
