The price difference is actually based on hip size. You can see the price break down if you click "Casual Kilts" on the left. If you're hips measurment is 36" then a kilt costs 110 normally, so now 93.50 in either tartan (Or dare I say both ).

    Both of you are correct...

Our OTR Casuals are made with ABOUT a 4" difference (5" can wear as well) from waist to hip. If he's a 36" waist, we price the OTR kilts like he's a 40" hip, so the $110 would go down to $93.50 (plus shipping). That would be the price for ANY tartan we have in a 36" waist.

If you're interested, give us a call! I'll be at the shop all day: 610.935.3444

Great time for a sale, Rocky. Now, since I ordered my semi-trad this past Saturday, I need advice on how to convince my wife that I need a Casual kilt too, all in the same week. This will never get by her! I'll have to wait for the Christmas in July sale this summer.

Well, it's not an 'off the rack' casual, but thanks to Rocky and crew for a rush job Casual which arrived a day or two ago for our growing son.

Nice work! It'll be a very kiltie Christmas on Dec. 25th this year!

Tell her you need a kilt to wear while waiting for the Semi Trad.
