Thanks for the comments. I'm going to stitch the fell down more. The reverse pleat has too much material in it. There is nothing I can do about it now but future kilts will use a narrower reverse. The pleats could use a little more taper as well. This material is pretty stiff, I washed it once before I worked it. I will need to clean it again and we'll see how it survives the washing machine. It actually works out pretty nicely at work, it gives all the biddies at town hall something to gossip (wonder) about.
