The Scottish Tartans Museum gift shop has a very nice selection at reasonable prices.

I bought my first one from Sport Kilts. I had never really had any dealings with sgian dubhs and thought that they were just for looks. Turns out this one is actually sharp and has come in handy when it comes to opening boxes and packages. I got the Rampant Lion. It looks really nice and has a great feel.
