I asked someone that once! They were giving me a rather dirty look in the line at Walmart.

I have a "Real Men Wear Kilts" T-shirt. Worn with 501's, not with one of my kilts. Here in Boston, you can attract a lot of good vibes wearing any Red Sox T with a kilt. Almost equally well with any of my Drop Kick Murphys T's. Has been a great conversation starter since the Championship, when Jonathon Pappelbon of the Red Sox performed a jig kilted during the victory parade here in Boston. (note: the kilt was not displayed in the best of manner, but it was great kilt publicity anyway.)

    Another for the slogan bucket....
Tuesdays are my day off from work, and therefore all day kilted. I make the rounds of various errands on the subway (Tube), trolleys and buses. Last summer while making stops at several charities that I drop contributions off at, I was passing this very young lass on a similar mission. At the third time she stopped me and started up a conversation, we accompanied each other for several more stops, turning many heads along the way. (Old kilted man with very young lady in tight jeans and revealing shirt). As noon approached she suggested we dine together at a local pub. After we ordered, I nipped out to the T-shirt vendor next door and bought a pink T with "I wear the pants here!" applied to it. After the meal, I asked her to wait for a minute, that I had a short errand, and would meet her at the front door, as she indicated a need to use the WC. I zipped over and picked up the now completed T and presented it to her when she came out of the facility. She laughed went back in and put it on. We had many people agape the rest of the day.
