it seems if they actually have what you want in stock your fine. The problem is apparently the lack customer service and the length of time you weight if they don't.
That seems to be the case, as far as I can see. That's why I would never order something from them unless I was sure it was in stock. However, I wouldn't count on their online inventory page. It hasn't, apparently, been updated in a week. When I ordered my kilt, it showed one in stock in my size/tartan. It still shows one in stock in my size/tartan.
