The Frugal Corner
Can anyone help me get in touch with The Frugal Corner? I have left multiple e-mails and voice messeges.
I ordered 2 kilts the first week in June for a vacation starting next week. It is not that big a deal for me as I have others I can wear but the other person has no other kilts. He is of a smaller size or I would loan him one of mine.
Any help would be appreciated...Thanks, Al.

Well, from what I recall . . .
Their PM is either full or off.
Not sure which or why?
Also, Are they even official sponsors anymore?
I haven't noticed their logo anymore (or am just not noticing it).

Wow! And I was beginning to think it was just me! Have had the same problem as Taxdragon. I enlisted help & 'Shriner' kindly worked some 'magic' and they FINALLY answered my two weeks of emails & phone messages. My "in stock' order has been languishing since July 8th. Today I received a curt "Will take care of it tomorrow" message. So I guess that's all the explanation I'll be getting from them. Hopefully I'll get my remaining order next week at the latest? Really awful service!

I just got a call from Frugal Corner. While he could not promise I would get my kilts by next week he did offer loaner kilts.
He was easy to work but we will see if I get kilts in hand...Thanks, Al.

I bought 2 kilts from Frugal Corner and didn't have any problem at all but the real king of customer service has to be Stillwater.

CONTACT!
It's now Aug. 28th and Mark B just called! He promised to send out the rest of my order tomorrow!! So, after 7 weeks am crossing my fingers, as I really do like their products. But you are right; the King of Customer Service particularly in the Delivery Mode, is definitely Jerry at Stillwater.
