Thought this thread was about done but it popped back up.
One last note.
My wife took a look at the two patterns I posted at the start of this thread,and made the comment that she thought it would look to much like a skirt rather than a kilt.
Trying to visualise it in my mind,I sorta think she might be right.
Looking at all the material and garments on this thread made me realize just how much I like the colors. The native colors, especially the Buffalo Dancer's kilts, are really superb. I've always liked native designs and when I see them juxtaposed against tartans I see how similar in concept they are. I think any Native American design would work well for a kilt considering the wide variety that exists already. I have to admit that I really like the Aztec Casual.
