Inverness Cape Patterns
edited 8/11/08
In accordance with the XMTS advertising policies, we've stopped offering our patterns to the public.
Cheers,
Kevin.

Very neat, if I could sew I'd be all over it.

Kevin,
That is very considerate of you. Though having seen one of your Inverness cloaks in person I doubt anyone is going to make one nearly as sturdy as one of yours (I'm convinced that you have a severe phobia about seams or or snaps ripping out )
Hmmmm if I bought one for my lovely Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess as a present would that be too obvious...
Cheers

Do you think? It might get you in big trouble if your last two gifts were a frying pan and a broom. I'll go hide now.

The vacuum is pushing it, but the chicken pan is a good one. She kep you this long, Kevin, I don't think you need to worry.
Having bought the prototype storm cape, if the pattern will make that, it will be a good one indeed. I am very impressed that you are doing this. Good on ya ! I think the karma scales are tipping your way.

Well,
My wife is an outdoor educator. She trained kayak instructors for decade, and taught at an outdoor center in NZ for Sir Edmund Hillary. Now she works on a mental health unit with adolescents and children.
Cooking and housekeeping seem scary and adventurous to her. Go figure. She asked for both the presents. I forced her to accept a new tartan dress for her birthday.
Kevin.
