Frugal Corner has ISLE OF SKYE!!!!!
Hey, there!
Has anyone else heard the news? Frugal corner has 13 oz ISLE OF SKYE kilts!!!
They are listed in the "in" inventory, but are very new so have not yet been loaded into the check-out system. If you want an FC Isle of Skye, call. They have big ones, small ones and lots of in between ones...all sizes and shapes of kilt wearers now have access to a lower-priced Isle of Skye! Cool!
I'm not sure if any of the other listed tartans are new...my eye went right to the ISLE OF SKYE and stayed there!!!

I'd love to have on but I'm not sure I've got the patience or temperament to deal with it.

Yes, I do, too, sigh. I'm glad they have made it available to more folks...but I will not buy from them again.

Hey, guys....can you sell me a few yards of the material?
Also, Isle of Skye tartan is a privately licensed tartan. I don't know the licensing arrangements necessary for producing it, but are you at least some-sort-of-confident that the weaving company is paying royalties, or whatever they need to do, to the tartans owners?

Is there anything on the Frugal Corner website noting that they have an agreement and our paying royalties with the copyright holders of the Isle of Skye tartan?
Unless the tartan is being properly licensed I wouldn't purchase it.
I'm proud to say most of the people I know here at XMTS would do what is right instead of cheapest.
