The new kilt and sporran are stunners - very well chosen and the kilt beautifully made - now a full pleat-shot would be welcome. I know you think the flashes are slightly OTT but, y'know, they really work well.
You certainly put me to shame: yes, I celebrated with a Burns Supper - all on my own, and I was so fed up with things in general that I did not even bother to get dressed up for it. Not being allowed alcohol at the moment, I can assure you that a glass of water with a haggis meal is not, in any way, shape or form, anything like as 'satisfying' as the traditional alternative!
Anyway, I am glad that you all enjoyed yourselves - as you so obviously did.
