Could it be MacDonald Sleat?

It's kinda tough to see on that clip.

I know what you mean. I was looking thru my Collins pocket reference 'Clans & Tartans' while viewing this, and I swear I can see (at least on Ritchies) thin double white stripes. This is why I was wondering if it was Scott.
I just wish the individual who posted it hadn't cut it off so soon

Its a long shot but I've just taken the step of emailing the individual who posted the clip on youtube to see if they have a longer version showing them walking away in the kilts.
Like I said, its a long shot.

MacD of Sleat looks like the one, but it's an overcast day and there's no close-up.
