Hey Grant,
check this out. it's the guy who makes the vests and gear for Special Ops paintball. I think the apron is too narrow, but still, it's pretty cool. And the sporran.....man that thing is sooooooo KILLER!

a close up of the sporran. I so dig the SpecOp logo's on the tassles

No need for tights really (Thanks for the idea Graham) with hose (maybe gaiters) knee pads I'll have very little flesh exposed.

There's something about camo kilts that is so right. In a perfect world I think I'd have as many camo kilts as others.

Trust me you wouldn't be the first in that position and you defiantly wouldn't be the last. I recall the last time we played, the first scenario Imade a stealthy 150 yard dash, unseen to the castle wall and was in a beauty spot where I could be seen by my enemy, I heard the shot behind me, I felt the impact, I said ****. Shot by my own team in a one in a million shot through fogged up glasses and trees. I had to call myself out. Do you think he could make another shot like that the rest of the day?
Cloves that is a nice kilt, not sure about wearing that sporran uring paintball though. Would offer so much protection but would drag in the dirt. I'm thinking about making a sporran/pocket to hold tubes (3/4"dia) of paint for the added protection.
And yes Crye Multicam is expensive. With what I've spent in BDU's, harness and packs I could've bought a 8 yd 16 oz handsewn tank.

apparently that sporran has loads of paintball potential though. The flap has an extra I.D. flap so you can use it for senario play, the inside is lined with the pile side of velcro so you can attach tool or radio pouches to organzie your accessories in the big main compartment, and the back of the sporran is MOLLE compatible, so if you'd rather wear it attached to your tactical vest...you can!
AlanH and Panache,
tell you what...if I ever make it out your way, we'll find a local paintball field and have a go! You guys game?

So - - - ? Just how many of the paint balls does it take to kill a deer? Or do you just mark them in the off season, so they are easier to shoot when you get a tag???

One if it scares it onto a busy highway . Now these look good for the hunter in the off-season.

contact a guy named Chad Monson at SpecOps paintball. If you're on the forums there...he goes by the nickname "coroner"...send him a PM, and let me know what he says. I'm rather curious about those sprrans too!
