Beautiful and a great idea. That is one I will have to tell my son-in-law about since he is an officer with the City of Clive PD. Might just be the one that gets him into a kilt.

    Rocky Rocky Rocky,

I used to be in the industrial decal business. Would be a simple matter to have this lovely and meaningful tartan made up into decals for trim on squad cars and other police vehicles. Would be sharp looking and meaningful both.

Crack me up! Let me clean the oatmeal off my keyboard...

No...I hope the tartan police don't adopt the police tartan.

A lot of police jurisdictions adopt reflective stripes along the length of their vehicles...having a "pretty" police car is "in" for a lot of cities.

Shouldn't you be sewing or something.....?

Do you really need a break just because your hands hurt and your fingers are bleeding?
