This was for a member here who had purchased the knife at a show but it only came with a clip-on sheath. He wanted something that would put the handle of the knife below the bottom edge of a kilt belt, hence the 13.5" length.
The knife is a Smith & Wesson. It's very well balanced and fits nicely in the hand (maybe he won't notice that all he receives back is the sheath )
It's made of the same bridle leather as my belts. The sheath is hand-sewn with a welt due to the thick blade.
It was a lot of fun to make. I've been wanting to make a replacement sheath for my Officer Sgian Dubh that is molded to the shape of the knife and extends up the handle to hold it snuggly (and protect the kilt hose from the blade as you put it back in the sheath) Something like this though not as high.

Another member here has done a similar sheath but I don't recall who it was.
