Now did you mean the modern military based pant, or the real "traditional" trews, which were almost skin tight, cut on the bias, and included foot coverings? If you refer to the former, than most on-line retailers offer them in most tartans. As for "real" trews, I have never seen them other than pictures in history books, and referances made to them.
