As Matt suggested above, many US stores supply trews, but they don't make them.
I'm just trying to figure out the logistics. Since the Dove tartan would be a special weave, when the cloth is produced it would be best to send the required amount directly to the tailor, instead of being shipped to the States only to have to send it right back overseas to the tailor.
Trews are a carefully fitted garment, and you really should be measured by the tailor to avoid having them turn out looking like golfing pants. That said, the logistics should be pretty straight forward-- have your tailor in the US instruct the mill in Scotland to send the cloth directly to whoever is cutting the trews.
