I read somewhere (don't remember where) that most women love to see a man in a kilt...just not THEIR man! Probably similar to the recent findings that for a plaything a woman wants the muscled, rugged, good-looking guy, but for a husband, a somewhat softer, more cerebral type. The thought is that the softer, cerebral type will be a better provider and that is what they instinctively are looking for.

How true it is, I dunno...interesting theory, though...
