Quite nice. The decorative horn button, rounding out the flap, and adding the braiding give your sporran a bit more finished look (though still keeping true to its rustic good looks)
Hmmmm....I seem to recall some advice advocating that earlier....hmmm...

A decorative button would look nice but visually isn't essential.
