Being a full time kilt wearer for several years now, I am always interested and hence in search of something kilt related. I stumbled on X-Marks after googling something kilt related, and just can't shake the addiction.
Great site!! I've learned a lot, found great sources for things kilt related, made new friends, met new people and generally greatly enjoyed myself.
Thanks again go to Hank for setting this place up!!!

I met Matt Newsome. A follow up on his website brought me here.
Now I miss sleeping.

It's actually Turpin's fault that I'm here. He's been a poster for a while and his son (my nephew) Seamus used to post here as well. I started lurking early in 2007 and registered without posting much in the early days.
Last spring, I introduced my mother to XMarks and she used to log in to read all the threads. One day I called to find out how she was doing (she was on home hospice care at the time). She said, "my butt is really hurting." I asked if she'd called her doctor or taken a pain pill. "No," she replied, "I've just been sitting at my computer for the past six hours reading XMarks."
Thanks to all here for keeping her so entertained with all the drama that happens around here.

Panache in John Cleese voice
"Mr. Kilt is practicing the art of not being seen. He is wearing a camoflauge kilt that allows him to blend into his surroundings. He could be anywhere, behind one of the many trees, under a shrub, kneeling low near the rocks, or crouching behind the water barrel. However his friend Grant has informed us he is behind the water barrel..."
