Down the road a bit to Ricardo's. We had the Thursday night special. Steak, chile relleno, taco, a huge shrimp, and a Margarita. My seven year old, when asked how the food was told the waiter that the steak needed more flavor. She told me that my steaks are better. I knew I took her out to dinner for a reason.

My wife ate dinner at her parents before i got home from work. Both the kids are sick, so NATURALLY they woke up before anything could happen after hours.
sigh.

All,
I did not mean to sound so morose on such a romantic day, the end of 2007 and beginning of the New Year has not been so good to me. However, I must thank everyone for helping me to discover the kilted way and the great bunch of people that choose to wear kilts.

Ha!ha! Classic!
Not much going on today...don't get paid until tomorrow.
And our work schedules aren't the best to see much of each other the last 24 hrs, but last night before I headed out the door for the late shift, I discovered a couple heart shaped chocolates in my lunch box.
I asked who put them in there (my wife or 8 yr old daughter) & my wife said "you weren't suppose to discover those until you were at work!"
I told her I'd act surprised when I opened my lunch box...
Anyhow, I'm returning the favor when she gets home shortly with some creamy mouth melting chocolate mints

Eh, I sent the girlfriend some flowers as she has been really great to me. My car breaks down and she gets up early to pick me up from work, lets me borrow her car so I can get to school, all in all she is a great gal! I didnt do much else that that as I had to work on a resume and essay for an upcoming internship! The girlfriend helped me with that too. Its good to have someone around with a bachelors in tech writing! We might do dinner tonight.
