I also wear what you call a driving cap in the winter. I think the cap, scarf, and my leather pilot's jacket look pretty cool. I suspect such on a high schooler may get the wrong attention, but I'm almost 50 and could care less what a kid with a bad completion thinks of how I dress...especially, when they wear their baggy pants almost down to their knees and ball caps at an angle. That looks even sillier, IMHO.
