I have sand from Iwo Jima and water from the shores of Tripoli. A stone from the halls of Montezuma and a branch from Belleau Wood would round out my collection nicely.

I have a small stone from Devils Den (Gettysburg) & one from the top of Little Round Top near where the Maine boys stood (also from Gettysburg), both collected for me by friends or family.
I need one from Culp's Hill (where my ancestors fought as part of the Stonewall Brigade).

    Hey Terry,
You've been so cool to me since I'm addicted to this XMarks-something that I would like to offer you a little something like... a stone, or anything that I can pick up in very special places here. And a scholar like you is certainly well versed in "special places" in Europe.
For example, I'm in Italy, by Genova in a few weeks and in Brittany in a month. I do move alot so please, feel free, don't hesitate laddy ! Put on the pressure !

Boldhighlander - what size rocks do you have, excuse me are you looking for. I live about 45 minutes south west of Gettysburg and get up there frequently.

If you PM me with your address I will tape it to my monitor and the next time I'm near Culp's Hill I'll pick one up for you.
