Yes, I know this. Well, I know that it hasn't been possible because Lyon said it wasn't possible.
I have heard from informed sources the opinion that the former Lord Lyon was thought to be averse to feudal baronies altogether, and am wondering if the new Lyon shares this alleged aversion.
