    Lord Bruce and son

Here is a pic of my wife and I with Lord Charles Bruce (Oldest son of Lord Elgin, our Chief) and his oldest son James. Lord Bruce was the honored guest at the Williamsburg Scottish Festival. Poor James was very jet-lagged and bored that evening, he was problably the only one under 35 at the reception so you will have to excuse his appearance in the pic!

Poor James indeed looks less than pleased. Great picture. Thanks for sharing. I aggree with Chasem, it's neat to see the same tartan showcased in three different shades in the same picture.

Not only is it cool to see the different shades, but also the different set sizes. I think so anyway.

From one Bruce descendant to another -

An outstanding photo of a very attractive lady along with a well dressed trio of kilted gentlemen. It is great to see the several variations of the Bruce tartan side by side.

That's a slick pic of three smart kilts. I like the co-ordinated hose too.

A fellow Bruce here also ...via the Crosbie sept...I like the multiple variations of the tartan...I think I just decided which one I like the most. The weathered in the middle seems just subtle enough for me.

Yes, I really like the "older" type colors also. I have ordered some swatches from Matt Newsome and when they arrive I will have a difficult decision to make!

I alos echo the interest in seeing the thre tartan variations side-by-side.

For being bored out of his skull (you can hardly blame him) James looks pretty dapper.
