Yes Scott, for the dignity of Baron and the title they are still recognised and would be added to the letters patent, as Gilmore pointed out but he can not grant arms to the Feudal Barons on a superiority as before. They person has to be Scottish, or of proven Scottish decent or own land in Scotland. He may well differ on the additments to such arms, as his predecessor would no longer allow them.
