My two favorites are white stripe or sett, but as the others have mentioned, when you have someone with Barb's talent and splendid eye, I would have to defer to her instincts.
Beautiful fabric and I'm envious of having the infamous BT tailoring one for you!

Very nice tartan, I really like it. To the sett would be my first choice, but the white stripe looks very good also. Tough decision to make there. As someone pointed out the white stripe does give the kilt a nice crisp clean look to the back. Not too fond of the other options though.

To the white stripe, but I've always been a fan of pleating to the stripe.

That is a very nice tartan.If you pleat to the stripe it will look too "busy",so, in my everso humble opinion the sett is the way to go.

I do not know how wide the sete is but I think the right red and the white stipe together would look good.

All the options look lovely as pleats but you don't want to end up with a clash with the apron so sett might be the best policy.
