Last month I took delivery of a custom-made kilt from J. Higgins with the Duncan Modern tartan and was completely impressed with the quality and craftsmanship.

Outstanding!
For their sake I hope the problem is now in the past.
Nonetheless though, when it comes to a few hundred frogskins, "once burnt, twice shy".
