So, is the park spoke wrench part of the original design too?

The orig didn't have a buckle and I couldn't figure out how they tied the leather belts, so I dug around and found the Park Tool belt I picked up at Interbike a few years ago. It works as this is the kilt I wear at the bike shop most often.
