What material do you plan on using for this kilt pin ?

Hello, and a warm from Boston, Massachusetts. What are your goals in constructing the kilt pins?
What type of back are you looking into. Brooch pin, dual studs, Safety pin, Magnetic... What type of face are you planning? Pewter, Brass, Steel, or softer materials like plastics, fabrics, wood, antler, ...???
Most of this can be accomplished with a production plan.
1.) design display face
2.) manufacture display face in quantity needed
3.) acquire desired backing
4.) assemble
5.) int:

I plan on making three different types of pins and I would probably use brass or nickle plated steel.
