Red, black, blue (sky and navy), green. Those are the colors I am looking for, or a pattern with those colors predominant. I can make some nice hats to match my tartans. If you have any of those colors and can spare me the wool that would be most appreciated

I have black, forest green (dk green) and navy blue. I'll send them with the tartan scraps. I think they can all be felted, but I am not sure since I didn't do the original purchase. I also have a piece of royal (bright medium) blue that I can give you a piece of after I cut out slacks for myself. Not enough for a kilt. Grandma

Just had a thought grandson. Do you want me to felt these pieces of wool before I send them off to you? Grandma Emyclaire

That would be spectacular! I have enough DIY projects cluttering the kitchen floor right now, and that would save me a step! Thanks.

Ok, Will do. I won't be able to get it sent off for a couple days while I do the felting. Grandma

Hey Hey I object I don't have a Grandmother as grand as this. Well both have passed, but still, my grandmother Cunningham I wouldn't trust around crafts and my Grandmother Ashby had Parkinson by the time I really got to know her.

emyclaire you set the bar really high for Grandmothers, your Grandsons are very lucky.
