Remember that tartans were not named or standardized during the hay-day of the belted plaid. That being the case, anything of a tartan-like pattern would be historically correct (though I must say that, in period, tartans containing a lot of white were most often worn by women...yours still looks fine for a man to wear though, I think). Even so, what you have there looks pretty good and will certainly get you by and get you used to wearing the plaid. Good luck in all your kilted endeavors!
