    The jonesin' is over

    So yesterday I got a call from my boss. The Fedex truck pulled up and delivered my new Ferguson Britt Glengyle Natural Canadian Beaver sporran with black leather cantle and strap!!! The weeks of jonesin' were finally over.

    It's hard to describe how soft the beaver is. I'm enjoying just holding it and stroking it. I expect there will be some amusing moments when people ask to pat my beaver.









    This shot shows the unique closure system for the strap - no buckle









    The obligatory interior shot- difficult to hold the sporran open and take the picture with the other hand. I can get my hand inside with no problem, but I'll definitely have to make some choices about what I put inside. Not nearly the amount of space that I have in my Thorfinn sporrans.

    Congrats ! I got mine on saturday , and I totaly understand what you mean about petting the sporran, it's SO incredibly soft!

    Congrats, and I know the feeling of beaver. I often times catch myself just stroking my sporran.
