Could you post some pic of you rhome town some time. I went thru the northern part of France when I was on tour . It was one of the prettiest pLaces I had ever seen. Just little towns in the mountains.

Not the north of France but the southeast, this is where I lived for a while: Breil-sur-Roya. The Italian border is just down the valley to the left.
Don't look around for more of the town; that's all there is right there.
