They are very pretty, but the two I got were so thick I had to totally regrind them in order to get down to a sharpenable edge. Otherwise, a very functional way to make a dirk.

nope,still thick as a brick...try crazy crow or track of the wolf instead...the tangs are much more substantial and crazy crow sells thiers as a kit as well
