I walked in and he stopped me and said that he was sorry. He had thought alot about what had been said, and since there are no laws dictating what a person can or can't wear that I can wear my kilt if I feel so inclined to. so I put it back on. and I sat on the jury. the trial (nothing like what I was used to with mock trials) lasted 45minutes including the voir dire... I remember back in the 8th grade sitting through 2 weeks of in-class trial. it was SUPER dumbed down.
and as for my GPA, I have currently got a 3.986 cumulative. I am ranked at 119 of 748. and I received a 100% in the trial because I was the lead juryman I lead the debate and read the deliberation back to the court.
He told me after class that he has had problems in past years where kids start laughing and you can't hear whats happening and it just gets bad. he also appologised to me.
I'd say win in my book.
oh and I rarely ever go at anything with a "screw him" attitude. that NEVER works.
