There's a little poem on the description page for the outfit:

In Scotland, highland men play proudly,
    Blowing their bagpipes beary loudly.
They wear skirts, called kilts it’s true.
It’s a beary traditional thing to do.

I'm also seeing that they have a Border Collie plushie now, that you can build. I'm strongly thinking that the BC in a PC would be just the thing.

Dogs in kilts are fine, but you have to have bears. Bears in kilts everywhere!

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Well, my ex-wife and I lived with three border collies, so they have a special significance to me.

Ya, that's good, you should get yourself one then... or three.

I just might have to make a penguin in a kilt.

A female friend gave me a stuffed giraffe, which she donned with kilt, sporran, and bonnet. When she comes over, I have to remember to fish the thing out from the closet and display it somewhere. I'm almost 50, but a friend is a friend.
