    This just arrived today

I put in what I thought was a low bid and won it.

The description and attached picture don't do it justice. The colours on the kilt are much better than this looks. The kilt pin is nice, but the belt is an old silver buckled belt. The belt is worth the price of admission. Luckily the thing fits perfectly as well. The better part was that the money went for charity.

I plan on taking a picture of me in it with my USA Kilts braemar, which is a perfect match for an outfit.

UK Ebay is a fantastic source for kilt related clothing.

In the upper left quadrant of the crest of the Marquis of Huntly, Chief of the House of Gordon, reside three boars heads nearly identical to your pin. I'd venture to say you have a Gordon Boar. Perhaps you have a Gordon connection?

Closer to the Gordons than the Campbells.

Your Grace, (isn't that the proper address for a duke?)

That is a beautiful kilt pin--and silver, too. Man you really scored a nice piece, so revel in our admiration and then double the price to a Campbell.

A handsome kilt pin! Congrats! And, not all Campbells were bad.
